General Electric Product Manager Innovation, Growth & Partnerships (m/w/d) in Zipf, Austria
The Product Manager Innovation, Growth and Partnerships in Women's Health is accountable for the identification, evaluation and management of growth projects and innovation funnel management prior to the productization phase. Will provide strategic direction, focusing on the business and clinical needs of the customer and work with the Sr. Leadership team, the entire Product mgtm, Clinical, ATD and Engineering team to identify and develop innovation targets, evaluate, prioritize and mature them towards integration into products and/or their roadmaps by driving Ideation and Envisioning sessions together with cross functional teams resulting in concepts for system implementation enabling kick-off of detailed design specification work. The role will also extensively work with third party companies to decide and execute their potential contributions to solutions for Women's health customers.
Close collaboration with clinical segment leaders, CPM, product management and engineering in the management of development funnels
Driving innovation through leading envisioning sessions both internally and with external partners
Identify, evaluate and manage strategic partnerships.
Collaboration across segments to maximize opportunities for growth.
Conduct market research to understand market opportunities and competitive landscape with new inorganic offerings.
Work with marketing, engineering and services teams to create long-term product roadmaps and business plans
Collaborate with CCS business development teams to ensure rapid closure of agreements and act as the liason to the development team.
Coordinate the needs across a multi-functional organization including marketing, sales, operations, engineering and services teams while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
Create team environment that encourages growth, innovation and new business models
Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration,healthcare or related field
Many years’ experience in product management, product development, or related field including workflow experience with similar products
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical and process skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

The Austrian Government requires us to state the minimum salary. For this position the minimum according to collective agreement amounts to €45.000 gross per year. Please note that the final compensation package will be decided according to your experience and education and therefore probably be higher.
