Job Description

  • Provide leadership and coaching for the product quality team.Interface with global product quality team and driven PQInterface with SQE, Engineering, Service, Manufacturing and Sourcing to drive Quality

  • improvements that minimize the Costs of Quality.Participate in the plant-wide effort to reduce scrap and rework costs, and to identify root causes and solutions for quality defects.Conduct root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with SQEs, Engineering, PEs, QAs and feeder plants for resolution.Ensure the meaningful and timely resolution of CAPA’s and complaints(FOI/DOA/OBF)Ownership of the customer RMA and internal MRB processesReduction of MRB and non-conforming material inventory

  • Additional Job Description (for Internal Job Posting Only)Bachelors Degree in in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering and 5 years of product quality/supply chain experience Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes Strong Six Sigma skills in DMAIC Strong communication Skills with different function team including engineer, supply chain. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Minitab, etc. Preferred Qualifications: 6-sigma DMAIC GB/BB certified Lean manufacturing experience Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams Demonstrated analytical, project management skillsGE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
