In this role, you'll be focused on safety and need support Envirment and Health. You will learn the GE EHS elements culture & exercise EHS leadership .Support department EHS related tasks implementation. Assist departments and EHS elements champion working together, Safety Inspections, audit according to framework standard (GE requirements )

Job Description

Roles & R esponsibilities

• Expertise coaching and guidance to elements :

• PPE Management – PPE and the supplier qualification. Identify the necessary PPE according with business need.

• Contractor management-maintain on site contractor’s EHS management procedure.

• Electricity safety /Machine guarding

• LOTO management- Maintain related procedure and ensure related department implementation.

• Near-miss and accident management-responsible for accident reporting and support related investigation.

• MOC( Manager of Change) management - Support process/equipment/people/ etc change

• Support daily EHS operation

• Waste management – Hazard waste treatment, non-hazard waste data analysis and relevant reporting, lead the root cause analysis for the deviation.

• Support emergency management

• Support and coaching the EHS elements champions work

• •management

• Maintain and keep legislation data base validity, and identify the relative legislation for changes of processes, installations and Work routines. Update the data base quarterly.

• Contact with Local government EHS Authority and complete some reports and permit application to the government.

• Support on-site construction safety management and cooperation with project manager to meet the requirements of EHS

Qualifications / Requirements

• At least 3 years EHS relevant experiences in manufacturing industry

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in Chemical Engineering, Environment Engineer, safety Engineering or related subjects.

Desired Characteristics

• Full knowledge in EHS related laws and regulations
