Job Description Summary
The OT Cyber Security Compliance & Audit Engineer is in charge to assess Organization with Operation Technology (OT) Systems and evaluate gaps to estimate compliant with global and local cyber regulatory requirements and standards. The engineer develops mitigation plans and efficiently monitors security levels.
The Cybersecurity Compliance and Audit Engineer is also responsible for educating customers on required cybersecurity controls and helps customers to implement those security controls through policy, technology, architecture and training processes.
He/She will audit, control, monitor and assess a customer organization’s operation technology and business industrial assets.
He/She will train customers on applicable regulations and security programs alignment
He/She is the main cyber security referent on international standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 22301 or NERC CIP
Assess customer existing security controls and provide consulting on industry best practices
Performs Threats and Cyber Risk Analysis, assess level of risks, propose solutions to mitigate the risks based on Defense-in-Depth strategy
Assist customers in the definition, prioritization, coordination and fulfillment of security improvement programs to comply with local and global regulations
Define and perform customer audits programs aligned with OT cybersecurity regulations
Monitor cybersecurity standard and regulations evolution – Participate to Standardization Working Groups as GE representative
Identify short-term and long-range issues and customer concerns to improve compliance
Organize internal and external trainings on cyber standards and regulations
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Ensure conformity with quality rules, procedures and enrich experience feedback
Ensure conformity with legal rules, ethics and EHS
