Role Summary:

Drive cross-modality, remote clinical education through leadership and innovation to deliver a best-in-class remote clinical education customer experience. Establish the LifeCare Solutions (LCS) remote clinical education programs for internal and external customers. Reporting to the LCS Curriculum Development Manager, this role drives remote clinical expertise into cross-modality LCS Clinical Education teams.

Position to be located in the Milwaukee, WI area.

Essential Responsibilities:

Serves as remote training subject matter expert and drives remote clinical expertise across all LCS modalities.

Create and maintain training and competency records for remote team.

Coordinate and lead Remote Training Team meetings.

Coordinates with modality leadership to guide remote training clinical decision making with CES team

Directly coordinates with cross-modality leadership to create and prioritize remote education training package offering(s) (live and recorded) and maintain and update training content as needed

Pro-actively researches and recommends technology advancements, trends, and objectives and implements into CES- specific to remote training

Creates, monitors, and enhances world class remote training methodology for internal and external customers

Re-designs and implements remote training process for CES interaction with internal and external customers

Drives adoption of remote training use with customers

Directly responsible to create and produce and update required well-written pre- and post-training documentation templates when remote training is used with customers, and oversee completion /consistency of the modality team’s documentation

Support resource planning efforts and ongoing clinical needs for advancements within the remote training environment to support LCS remote and augmentative clinical education as a competitive advantage

Assures Quality Management System is intact. Course content creation (proper approval and controls, content is not outside of intended use), measures effectiveness of remote training offerings, maintains utilization data, and integrates customer satisfaction metrics and monitoring

Assures Content Development procedures are followed. Content is accurate and consistent with released product documentation (e.g., operator’s manual). Review for adherence to common clinical knowledge/practice

Support integration with other GE applications (global customer portal and scheduling tools) as needed

Provide pre-and post-sales support via training course materials for customer and sales team. Develop remote clinical training programs and presentations to improve product, application and presentation skills of Clinical Education team. Promote GEHC Training as a product offering.


  1. Bachelor’s degree and professional experience as nurse or other healthcare professional

  2. Excellent LCS product and connectivity understanding

  3. Demonstrate understanding of remote, digital business needs and developments to create and adapt remote clinical training accordingly.

  4. Driven by advancements in the role of technology to promote new methods of clinical training offerings

  5. Knowledge and understanding of current healthcare market trends

  6. Excellent communication and moderating skills

  7. 2+ years of experience in clinical education and training

  8. Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise.

  9. Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives

  10. Willingness/ability to travel 25%, as needed

  11. Willingness/ability to pass company drug test and background check

  12. Must maintain valid driver’s license.

  13. Must comply with vendor credentialing requirements.
