Job Description Summary

Responsibility includes originating deals by calling on new customers and/or building and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This position will operate with some autonomy but is covered by well-defined Commercial policies and review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (Orders & Revenue, Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and compliance requirements). Responsible for assigned accounts.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Individual will be missioned to develop multi-faceted strategic alliance relationships yielding new revenue streams for GE Healthcare Digital.

  • Accelerate & improve funnel development & conversion.

  • Measured against Orders & Revenue and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

  • Collaborate with internal and external stake holders to achieve goals.

  • Work closely with Commercial Leader to provide reporting, project oversight, dashboard updates, and provide resolution to escalated customer complaints. Interfaces with Client to identify opportunities to improve business relationship.

  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy.

  • Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Relationship Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • 8+ Years of successful experience running complex, enterprise sales processes.

Desired Characteristics

  • MBA, or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Exposure to selling digital solutions to Biopharma or hospitals.

The [salary/hourly pay] range for this position is $80-120k. The specific [salary/hourly rate] offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for [a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity ONLY IF APPLICABLE].Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.

T he [salary/hourly pay] range for this position is $1110K-120k. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation ONLY IF APPLICABLE .Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
