The Maintenance Leader is responsible for management and supervision of 25 skilled trades workers at a single site (GEHC, EA).

Roles and Responsibilities
These tradespeople perform MEP service, Machine Repair, and Utility Technician work.
This position ensures all tradespeople on assigned shift have direction as to the daily priorities, protocol for performing work, efficiency in work, etc.
They will work in programs such as CMMS, Trello, EAM, and BAS (view only).
Tradespeople under the oversite of this position are represented by three unique unions.
Bachelor’s Degree with three years production, supply chain experience or leadership, or High School diploma/GED and seven years production or supply chain experience, or GE Leadership Program graduate
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices and deliver regardless of ambiguity
MBA or Masters
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices
Demonstrated ability to perform with high levels of ambiguity
Prior team leadership experience in union environment
GE Operations Management Leadership (OMLP) graduate
