Job Description Summary
Support Regional Engines Services GM in all strategic and operational activities pertaining to the development of short and long-term Shop Visit forecast plans, wing-to-wing TAT improvement, discount share recovery, billing process standardization and accuracy improvement, MRO and Repair Network capacity analysis, planning and investment funding requirements, workscope commonality, lease pool size and cost reduction strategy and T&M and CSA Profitability plans. The role has autonomy within the operational area or a segment within a larger business unit, should be able to translate SV forecast to PL Budget, owns/influences strategy, budgets, and operating plans, work with cross functional teams and utilize high levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen to achieve outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and managing core services, strategy, processes and facilitating best practice training across product lines, channels & regions.
Act as Customer Program Leader where required.
Active participant in strategic and operational discussions/plans with RES and CES Senior Leadership.
Interact with members of the RES product line, customer service, parts & transactional services, MRO and Component Repair Shops, and other teams on standardized work and process optimization.
Support automation of key tools and dashboards and lead annual meetings for CPMs & COMs
Support Induction Slot Tracking process and SV Induction Forecasting “Last Call”
Drive visibility tools for MRO SV Outputs and Parking Lot tracking
Support S&OE MRO Planning/Forecast and create processes to drive BDI Delinquency reduction.
Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Utilize understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
Lead others to find creative solutions within complex transactional and manufacturing processes with technical variety. Employ sophisticated operational/product management, manufacturing, or engineering techniques. Interacts with adjacent functions as needed to solve issues with ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis.
Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the organization.
Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Presents business or technical discipline solutions to leaders. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Contract Management).
At least 2 years experience in Services & Customer Contract Management.
