General Electric Global GRNI Operations Leader - GE Corporate in West Chester, Ohio

Role Summary:

Lead the GRNI migration project execution; manage scope, deliverables, dependencies, resources, progress and timelines, using project management methodology throughout project lifecycle; oversee all design and development to ensure compliance with global standards

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business Sourcing leaders, Accounting/Finance leaders, and Controllership leaders to ensure accuracy of GRNI items

  • Lead BPO GRNI resources to drive reduction of aged items and accurate reporting of outstanding liabilities

  • Develop & maintain metrics around volume, holds and invoices. Link metrics to historical issues

  • Proactively monitor risks: own escalations, mitigation and initiatives necessary for corrective actions

  • Ensure effective stakeholder management to drive buy in, engagement and change

  • Own project governance and operating rhythms; ensure effective communications, reporting and reviews at all levels of the organization.

  • Represents the single-point contact and escalation for the GRNI Operations across the businesses; oversee any relevant integration activities, across projects and organizations; create opportunities for process improvement

  • Negotiate with and manage suppliers and vendors as appropriate


  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Finance, Accounting or other specific
