Role Summary:

This role will focus on projects / process improvement to ensure that processes and products are designed with appropriate quality measurement systems with minimal risk of poor quality. (eg-Master Black Belt and Black Belt). This role requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge, as well as developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

In addition, you will:

  • Manage non-conformance

  • Monitor customer satisfaction

  • Own preventive and corrective actions

  • Develop new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations

  • Work together with business leadership at SPB and EB level

  • Specify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes of research done

  • Deliver products as part of a team

  • Work on cross functional teams

  • Alternatively: Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Liaison
