Job Description Summary

GE Healthcare US & Canada (USCAN) region is transforming the way we go to market, to better serve our customers while creating more operating rigor, visibility & accountability. This priority includes evolving our sales incentive compensation and sales resource optimization programs.

In this position, you will play a critical role to deploy an integrated end to end sales incentive and sales resource optimization data strategy, streamlining sales compensation and sales resource optimization data flows across the eco-system and automation of all the USCAN VC data processes to drive a leaner and more effective organization.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment & adoption of the USCAN (US & CANADA) regional Sales Incentive compensation and sales resource optimization data strategy by driving a lean mindset to drive wing to wing program execution, accurate data flow and supporting operational processes.

  • Be a catalyst and partner to help the USCAN SIC function envision & execute the art-of-the-possible leveraging global DT product portfolio, contemporary tools and capabilities, outline data automation & waste elimination work.

  • Responsible for managing all USCAN Variable Compensation data programs/initiatives, status updates, key decisions & leadership communications.

  • Ensure continued operational stability and raising the bar to meet internal & external security, risk & compliance standards/regulatory requirements for regional SIC services


  • Bachelor of Computer Science with minimum 10 years of experience

  • OPN certifications in Oracle OM, INV and PO modules

  • Experience working with others on a global basis especially in Healthcare Device Manufacturing Industry
