Job Description Summary
The GHEC Ultrasound business consists of ultrasound consoles, handheld ultrasound devices, and ultrasound IT solutions across 5 different market segments. As customers’ needs for more and consistent digital solutions continue to grow, the market for digital ultrasound solutions advances. Our mission with Ultrasound Digital Ecosystems is to develop a seamlessly connected world of devices and software that creates additional value to end users and customers beyond devices alone. Solutions will connect clinicians, increase user confidence, improve efficiency, and provide affordable cloud solutions across customers segments and demographics. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our larger, more complex, digital ecosystems programs.
The Program Manager directs a virtual cross-functional development team, ensuring outcomes deliver on time, within scope and budget and with desired quality. The position drives clarity by defining and prioritizing the program objectives, critical success factors and deliverables for the team. Additionally, the Program Manager motivates the team and drives a sense of urgency on meeting program commitments.

Manage day-to-day execution of single program or coordinate execution across multiple interdependent programs by working directly with global teams; managing risks, scope changes, and tracking outcomes
Lead cross-functional execution including (but not limited to) proof of concept projects, program execution, platform release, clinical and pilot trials, product delivery, operational improvement, and install base support projects
Work with the business segments, enterprise partners, and 3rd party partners to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with competitive features
Define execution methodologies and project management practices to be followed within the program
Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
6+ years of technical & professional experience in software development project management, leading cross functional initiatives, and/or large global projects (OR Master’s degree with 5 years of experience)
Must be Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Proven experience using project management methodologies to drive new product development programs and solutions in a regulated industry
PMP, Agile, or related Project Management certifications
Experience with design requirements, flow-down, verification & validation, and traceability
Awareness of software design principals, cybersecurity principals, cloud development, mobile application development, edge computing, and medical device interconnectivity technologies
Expert in navigating through ambiguity, removing roadblocks, prioritizing conflicting requirements
Understands Medical Device Software Design Principals, requirements for meeting various country regulatory clearances, and demonstrates awareness of industry dynamics
Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
