Job Description Summary
As a Service Sales Transformation Leader – Process, you will be part of a team responsible for transforming the current Service Sales Configured Price Quote (CPQ) experience to a cloud-based platform for an integrated user experience within GE Healthcare.

Roles and Responsibilities
Learn and understand the current quoting solution (QuoteSuite) and processes to develop ideas for the new cloud-based platform.
Drive simplification efforts for a faster quoting user experience
Develop an understanding of current workflows and drive the business to simplify and improve the user journey
Define the future quoting process, work with cross-functional teams on implementing it and help manage change
Develop solid service product and quoting tool knowledge. Understand proposed tool capabilities and limitations.
Collaborate with the sales enablement and digital technology teams to bridge the gap between current state and ideal future state.
Work with technology teams to understand how the new quoting solution will integrate with complimentary technologies (SFDC, Siebel, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Finance, Management, Marketing, Business Administration with a minimum 5 years of experience in digital solutions or process change management, encompassing Operations and/or Technology
Ability to lead process improvement initiatives in cross-functional setting
Experience managing large projects
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to create solutions that meet end users’ needs while meeting the internal requirements and delivering results within the project timelines
- Previous experience developing change management processes/procedures

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $130,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
