General Electric Service Program Manager in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

Role Summary:This position is responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance of complex offerings and entitlements in Siebel, managing and improving the processes for defining and approving nonstandard entitlements, and managing the ramp-up and support of LCS and Invasive data in the Service ePricebook. This role requires a highly collaborative, detail oriented, and responsive individual.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • • Functional leader for Service Sales’ Siebel 8.1 offerings and entitlements for USCAN DI, LCS and Invasive

  • •Provide timely decision support to daily escalations of risk cases that request review and

approval of nonstandard service offerings and entitlements

  • •Resolve related contract loading issues in timely mannener

  • •Develop nonstandard Siebel offerings and entitlements, utilizing in-depth Siebel knowledge

  • •Identify and drive enhancements with the Siebel team to improve functionality and accuracy of contract entitlements and billing

  • •Develop and manage LCS and Invasive offerings and entitlements in the Service ePricebook for Service Marketing managers, National Account managers and entitlement fulfillment leaders

  • •Provide backup support for DI ePricebook administration

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • •Functional knowledge of Siebel, ePricebook, QuoteSuite, Siebel Analyst Tool, ePricebook, and SupportCentral

  • •Knowledge of, and experience with, service contract documents, offerings and entitlements.

  • •Moderate to advanced Excel skills

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline

  • •Demonstrated program management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication

  • •Understanding of IT technologies and how to apply them

  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization

  • •Demonstrated ability to excel in a matrix organization

Desired Characteristics:Preferred Qualifications:

  • •Technical knowledge of Siebel 8.1, ePricebook, QuoteSuite, Siebel Analyst Tool, ePricebook

and/or Autoloader

  • •Experience with GE Healthcare’s Service business processes and applications

  • •Experience working with Legal documents and GE Attorneys

  • •Adaptable and flexible to work environment including, but not limited to, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapting to new assignments, system, tools -- produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers,management, and stakeholders -- establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and stakeholders displaying willingness to understand diverse points of view -- learn and apply new initiatives to project plans and strategy.

  • •Certified Lean Expert, Black Belt or Master Black Belt

  • •Minimum of 5 years successful experience of leading comprehensive, high profile projects in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, or IT initiatives within complex and/or matrix organizations

  • •Demonstrated mastery in a minimum of 3 critical growth trait competencies; inclusiveness, expertise, external focus, clear thinking, imagination. Proven personal improvement through development plan with commensurate action plans and measurement criteria.

  • •Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team

  • •Technical knowledge of the GEHC
