Job Description Summary
The Lead Program Integrator(LPI) is responsible for driving program execution for new products, installed base products & cost out efforts. The LPI develops the Program Plan & partners with the Program Manager & People Leaders so resources are applied & delivering to plan. The LPI leads cross-functional program plans, communication of program status, & execution of program deliverables from design, through system integration & manufacturing to meet all quality, content, schedule, & budget targets.

Working with the system, subsystem/platform, product/marketing, supply chain, service, QA, RA, research teams to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with the necessary features
Working with the Program Manager to ensure effective and efficient communications are delivered to leadership and the cross-functional team members.
Leading the cross-functional program core team to establish an integrated plan to deliver the program per program team commitment, driving timely program execution
Defining and tracking metrics to monitor program status, identify issues early, and solve complex and ambiguous cross-functional integration problems.
Ensuring product development includes supply chain, manufacturing, service, regulatory, and quality goals
Leading the engineering development teams to establish an integrated development plan to deliver product functionality with quality per committed program scope and timing
Identifying early and solving complex and ambiguous cross-functional integration problems leading the team to deliver per program team commitment.
Ensuring that the product development process complies with the Quality Management System, Phased Review Discipline, and regulations of the applicable markets
Bachelor's Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline
Minimum of 6 years of experience as an engineer or project leader in a technical position.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working on software development programs.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments
Demonstrated ability to own and drive daily execution and burn down of critical tasks needed to meet the program timelines
Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands and technical risks/issues
Demonstrated skills in proactively identifying, facilitating and driving closure of a product/program
Ability to develop unique concepts/solutions for complex products
Change agent with energy, passion, and enthusiasm to drive change
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, networking, and teamwork skills with internal (cross-functional) and external (supplier) customers
Diverse experience directly in or working with other related functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, or Service.
Previous experience working with regulated medical product development
Knowledge of GE Healthcare tools and processes (engineering, sourcing, supply chain such as Agile, PDM, Oracle, MyWorkshop)
Previous experience leading global and cross functional teams
