Job Description Summary
The Global Marketing Manager, LCS Services is responsible for executing the customer-centric Services marketing strategy and plan to grow the LCS franchise (Services, Accessories, Product & Digital). They collaborate with global segment & regional teams to amplify commercial execution though the development of marketing programs and new product launches that help GE Healthcare win in the market. This will include hands-on marketing planning and campaign development, multi-channel execution, and campaign measurement. They will play a critical role in the development of purposeful and proven value props that clearly communicate the value of our offerings and drive customer needs into our roadmaps.
Identify and create marketing plans to connect customers with Services solutions that enable them to maximize efficient uptime so they can deliver better outcomes.
Create go-to-market strategies, messaging with clear differentiators, and content, to support regional marketing activities.
Apply customer, market, and competitive research to understand customer’s needs and market opportunities for growth.
Partner with regional sales, product management, marketing, and business leadership to understand region goals and translate them into focused marketing objectives.
Design and implement robust product launches and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Collaborate with Global Services Lifecycle, Product Management, and LCS Segment Product Management teams to develop innovative customer offerings that ensure customer success and solve customer needs.
Develop purposeful and proven value propositions that position the strength of our solutions and connect with customers.
Consistently communicate and promote marketing initiatives across the organization to drive interest and engagement at both global and regional levels.
Create diverse marketing collateral like case studies, data sheets, whitepapers, evidence/outcomes briefs, FAQs, ROI tools, new media, and other sales tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, MBA preferred
8+ years experience in marketing, product marketing in a corporate environment
3+ years healthcare or health system marketing/commercial experience
Proven experience building high impact marketing campaigns using all relevant channels and media; and aligning marketing strategy with business goals.
Experience analyzing market/industry data including competitive intelligence to support new offering introductions and the development of marketing campaigns.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to effectively communicate and present ideas to stakeholders throughout different levels within the business to energize, build rapport, and influence.
Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining forward thinking and customer first attitude.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with commercial and product teams.
Strong analytical and process skills.
