Job Description Summary
Responsible for executing on HR services, incl. developing an in-depth understanding of relevant HR systems, processes, & policies with emphasis on employee relations, immigration and/or talent development. Requires emphasis on data integrity & analysis to support HR decisions. Identify & resolve operational issues & support process improvements. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships & working cross functionally, across business segments, with internal teams and COEs.
Provide support to employees, people leaders and HR, enabling them to be more effective contributors to the goals of the organization
Foster a culture of customer service excellence, teamwork, and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” customer service and advise on complex questions/requests from employees, managers and HR partners
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure open line communications that support an effective partnership
Support increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience)
2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, or HR Client Support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
