General Electric Customer Journey Lead - Ecommerce in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

This position will build strong relationships across Customer Digital Experience (CDx) teams, to define purchasing journeys across the applications in GEHC's customer digital experience portfolio.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver key customer tasks (i.e. order tracking, user management/registration etc.) within GE Healthcare's customer digital experience

  • Develop short- and medium-term roadmap and understand the integration into larger eCommerce roadmap

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to detail activation and customer migration plans between legacy and next generation experiences

  • Track and communicate adoption and commercialization of key customer tasks by region and catalog (parts, accessories, equipment, education, software etc.)

  • Demonstrate ability to influence customers and teams through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills

  • Oversee product development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; owner of functional or technical product design

  • Document complex processes and provide education to business to support smooth commercialization

  • Manage timelines and dependencies across multiple technical and business teams.

  • Be a change agent across the team and organization to drive a best in class eCommerce experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in “STEM” major, and/or business

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT, eCommerce or digital customer experiences

  • GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed

  • Strong knowledge and experience in B2B/B2C eCommerce

  • Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security

  • Proficiency in processing and data mapping, creating features/user stories and working with engineering teams through execution and operational support

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with SAP Commerce (Hybris), Magento, Shopify

  • Experience in one or more of the following: registration, user management, order tracking

  • Experience working with Content Management Systems such as sitecore, adobe experience manager, contentful etc.
