Job Description Summary

Join the dynamic and fast paced Global Order Operations Team! In this role you will directly support customer facing teams with equipment install, driving part replacement fulfillment to support on time install, and productivity.

Leveraging globally standardized processes and tools, you will identify the required parts needed to complete install activities, determine the source of supply, ensure timely order flow, and execute fulfillment activities. Successful outcomes will improve install on time for our customers, and fulfillment cycle time reduction.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Receive part requests, and work with global cross-functional teams to determine part(s) needed

  • Validate compliance to the request, and ensure orders are placed timely on item supply source

  • Support fulfillment of the order, and communication flow of status

  • Drive escalation to leadership teams where help is needed to support rapid turnaround

  • Provide input and support to process and tool cycle time reduction opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in a related function

  • Demonstrated ability to use systemic tools of a workflow format, and ERP systems, email, Excel

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement Best Practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity

  • Strong communication skills to provide status updates to requesting team

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
