As our new Sr Manager - Digital Product Management, you will be responsible for creating strong working relationships & influence across executive leadership, product management, engineering and other functional groups to execute the strategy within CoE, across GE businesses, partners and customers. You may mentor one or more junior product managers. This role will primarily focus on Supply Chain Planning Solutions including S&OP, Supply Planning and Inventory Optimization.
As a domain expert for your portfolio, you will engage customers at mid-level management and technical levels to develop/refine portfolio strategy, influence customer & industry direction and execute strategy.
As the Senior PM, you will elevate how we engage with internal and external software businesses. You will be accountable for driving successful delivery of products from GE Software, making recommendations on extending software solutions, and representing General Electric to the outside market, including customers, partners and analysts.
In this role you will:
Responsible for full lifecycle of VCP Suite of products covering GE Healthcare systems.
Work closely with LS Supply Chain team to evaluate, enhance usage of VCP and drive higher level of adoption
Identifies and influences market trends and opportunities in the planning and supply chain domain
Drives vision & strategy, roadmap and product lifecycle for sub business unit and its portfolio of products & solutions.
Be a domain/business expert for the portfolio to guide teams, establish/refine product management processes and build and mentor high performance team of Product Managers.
Work cross functionally across engineering, marketing, sales, internal and external customers, analysts and senior management teams to formulate and execute the strategy.
Develop relationships across GE businesses & sub-businesses, partners, customers and technical experts across industries and geographies.
Establish strong working relationship with account managers, technical sales and user/developer community.
Global travel required as necessary.
Will have strong financial acumen and accountability.
The leader will be responsible to create strong working relationship & influence across product management, engineering and other stakeholder groups to successfully execute business strategy across GE businesses, partners and customers.
Lead and develop a team of product managers who are business and domain experts.
Will engage customers as a trusted partner.
Cross functional leadership to execute the vision and strategy. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a productEligibility Requirements:

Oracle VCP R12 Experience
Demonstrate expertise in Demantra, Advance Supply chain planning including Constraint planning
Strong knowledge of APCC and its interaction with the above module
Aligns goals, feature sets, capabilities to business objectives for the product (
Drive product roadmapping and prioritization of feature roll outs
Dev Ops knowledge and how it can be applied to packaged solutions life cycle
Agile methodologies and approaches to drive constant and fast evolution of product roadmapBusiness Acumen:
