Job Description Summary
The USCAN Operation Excellence Leader is responsible for leading and driving process and tool improvements across a $4B+ P&L. This role will drive process performance improvement and simplification with the goal of better and more efficient order execution and on time delivery. This role will leverage experience in the order to remittance cycle and tools such as Lean to drive rapid incremental improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities
Drive On Time Delivery and Clean Order projects
Partner with Order Management and HPM to ensure effective and efficient organizational R&R and hand offs within Order Operations and our partners in ISC and USCAN
Support tactical operational execution during key periods.
Implement and improve processes through utilization of Lean
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, root cause, and performance trending
Leverage change acceleration process across team, region, and function to drive changes
Communicate changes and progress against plans to multiple levels of the organization
Manage multiple projects and project funnel
Mentor and coach project leaders
Economics, commercial, quality, supply chain and/or IT background
- 5+ years successful experience of leading comprehensive, high profile projects in areas of operations, supply chain, IT and/or quality initiatives within complex and/or matrix organizations
Legally authorized to work in the US without restriction
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
