Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Support all post-close reporting acting as a key business partner to the business unit finance and operating teams.

Lead and coordinate recurring mechanisms including Income Statement & Cash forecasts, Balance Sheet Reviews, etc.

Lead planning & reporting of business financial performance, with analysis of the key drivers: volume, pricing, mix, productivity buckets, inflation, investments

Support business unit finance and operational leadership in monthly Operational Mechanics by driving consistent data

Prepare segment level analytics on contribution margin movement to give insights on regional & product mix, pricing, volume gain and productivity impact

Owns financial aspects of business unit planning cycles including strategic plan, and operating plan. Focus on both franchise profile and more detailed analysis in relation to product and supply chain investments

Lead planning, estimation, and reporting of cash elements including Plan & Equipment and Software Capitalization/Amortization

Support the Molecular Imaging & Tomography Chief Financial Officer and Molecular Imaging & Tomography leadership with specific analytics & requests.

Identify simplification opportunities & execute on improvement of Financial Planning & Analysis processes

Drive forecast accuracy among team of Financial Planning & Analysis analysts and segment finance managers

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

This role requires significant experience in the Finance & Financial Planning & Analysis Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

10+ years financial work experience, including Financial Planning & Analysis
