Job Description Summary

The Learning Leader, Integrated Supply Chain is responsible for the design and implementation of learning strategies and programs for our supply chain talent, globally. This role will interface with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization, across Integrated Supply Chain functions and regional teams to create engaging and comprehensive core curriculum to support professional & technical skill development and cross-functional learning experiences.

Job Description


  • In alignment with the functional strategy and talent development plan, design and implement learning strategies to support development of our supply chain employees and do so collaboratively with leadership and human resources.

  • Conduct training needs assessment, recommending and implementing programs to support key skill areas needed for growth in our changing supply chain environment.

  • Design, develop, and/or co-create learning solutions with external design partners and internal subject matter experts. This will include a combination of instructor led training (classroom based and virtual), immersive experiences, scalable virtual and hybrid programs, peer learning groups, and self-paced learning.

  • Interface with corporate & other internal learning teams to cross share learning practice and leverage support for supply chain learning program.

  • Own the development, implementation, execution, and management of university, diversity association, and professional association recruitment strategy

  • Oversee the delivery and program experience of the functional development programs by working with the program managers, functional learning leaders and respective business sponsors

  • Work with people leaders and the HR team to collaborate on development plans for employees and develop career path learning opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Business, Human Resource, Psychology or other related Learning and Development type of discipline and 5+ years’ experience in a Learning and Development Leadership type of role

  • Significant experience with effective learning and development delivery methods

  • Proven mentoring and coaching abilities, demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire others

The salary range for this position is $120-190k. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
