Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams on development of new product introductions.

  • Perform and execute test configuration setup, data collection, documentation, device history record (DHR) maintenance, detector module assembly and chiclet performance optimization.

  • Maintain accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management.

  • Provide recommendations to aid in software and hardware reliability testing

  • Utilize complex engineering tools and interactive software tools as required.

  • Responsible for the coordinating necessary maintenance and completion of radiation surveys for the development testing bays.

  • Participate in autopsy of field returned components and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree (or local equivalent 2 year degree) and 5 or more years technical experience, or a High School diploma (or local equivalent) and 7 or more years technical experience.

  • Proficiency to understand and interpret detailed written technical information.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information.

  • Ability to travel for critical customer site support (Detector/DTS swaps for non-standard serviceable items)

Desired Characteristics

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Technology related fields.

  • Experience with data analytics

  • Demonstrate positive attitude, mentor others on technical aspects of their work
