Job Description Summary
As an Installation Modality Leader, you will have ownership and accountability for Life Care Solutions (LCS) products, ensuring design for installation as well as continuous improvement to the project implementation process. You will work cross-functionally with the global project management teams and the product engineering teams to drive design for installation improvements on new and existing products, as well as supporting install cycle time reduction, and install productivity.

Perform all activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project including scope, time, contract cost & quality management.
Drive customer satisfaction and product quality improvements; address manufacturing / field issues.
Maintain overall install cost and process performance ownership throughout product life cycle and support new feature development activities.
Responsible for having an in-depth understanding of key business drivers.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to influence and propose different solutions outside of set parameters.
Ensure continuous improvement to the project implementation process.
- Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years related experience.
Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment.
Experience in working with Installed Base team and / or service; product knowledge.
Previous customer advocate and / or program core team leadership experience.
Proven track record leading and supporting Variable Cost Productivity (VCP).
Experience preparing field teams and design centers for new NPI launches.
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with NPI teams on product requirements and pilot sites using a strong “Voice of the Customer” relationship.
Ability to identify technical issues for improvement & drive engineering solutions to those issues.
Ability to facilitate and coordinate activities required for the global organization to catch an NPI program after it is launched.
Ability to align install design requirements with customer needs.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
