Job Description Summary
The Clinical Education Program Leader will focus on virtual clinical specialization through, innovative curiosity, peer coaching and accountable execution within a modality/segment to achieve extraordinary hybrid customer education outcomes. Lead the business-specific virtual (Imaging, LCS, and Ultrasound) clinical education programs internally (CAS) and for external customers. Partnering with the global product and engineering teams to integrate virtual clinical expertise and customer insights into future product development. Serves as the virtual subject matter expert for assigned modality/segment ensuring standardization, audit readiness and customer community engagement. Success is measured through adoption of virtual mindset by customer and internal team.

Virtual clinical subject matter expert for assigned modality/segment and drives a hybrid training customer experience.
Partner with CEM (Clinical Education Manager) on the clinical policy and procedure guidelines through monitoring industry advancements, trends, and objectives and implement into CAS team (default settings, clinical practice standards, etc.).
Drive 100% CAS (Clinical Applications Specialist) adoption of a hybrid training approach utilizing various remote methodologies empowering everyday confidence.
Creatively activate the virtual appetite within the respective modality/segment and showcasing solutions to leadership.
Create and deliver virtual customer training content (accredited where applicable) and adding to a clinical knowledge content repository (learning management system).
Collaborate across functions to support conference/symposium/webinars representing GE.
Accelerate the identification and availability of virtual clinical applications education customer lifecycle solutions.
Promote remote delivery to support Field Modification Instructions/Customer Satisfaction Opportunities and updates from a clinical training perspective, working in tandem with CEM.
Create, develop, and maintain required well-written pre and post training virtual documentation templates in conjunction with global guidance.
Develop virtual training programs and presentations to improve product, application, and remote presentation skills of clinical education team.
Demonstrate a quality mindset, maintaining and implementing processes as part of the Quality Management System.
Collaborate with the CEM to create/implement a virtual demo strategy for modality/segments where applicable.
Bachelor’s degree and 3 yrs experience as healthcare professional.
3+ years of experience in clinical applications organization and proven expertise utilizing remote training or educational tools.
Excellent product/connectivity understanding, and virtual aptitude.
Working knowledge and healthy curiosity of current healthcare market trends.
Excellent communication and moderating skills with demonstrated ability to engage with employee and customers at all levels.
Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise.
Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
Entrepreneurial mindset to accelerate change and process improvements.
Willingness to travel 15% within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays depending on business needs.
