Job Description Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for executing on muliple HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories including onboarding, offboarding, Workday data maintenance, reporting, metrics and more. Develop an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Person on this role is flexible in providing service for different legal entities within the team and able to switch roles as needed being back up for multiple processes and able to lead projects in area of e-HR solutions connected with workday, excel, RPA, simplifications, trainings and communication. Is also willing to and curious to extend own knowledge and skillset by taking opportunities to learn new processes and tools.

  • Drive Workday expertise for all HR process/es within existing team of admistrators through knowledge sharing and training

  • Maintaining Workday database, ensuring highest standards of completeness, accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation

  • Consistently follow defined HR processes, challenging steps that may not make sense / add value

  • Provide Workday / other systems reporting support

  • Able to train and support EEs/LMs/HRMs on self-service use

  • Be aware of and act having all legal & process requirements and clients/partners expectations in mind

  • Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements

  • Deliver on commitments, manage expectations & keep customers informed on progress

  • Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement, standardization and productivity within assigned process


  • Workday knowledge

  • Good knowledge of the processes, structure and tools especially Excel, Workday, Outlook

  • Proven high quality communication skills and customer relationship with HR partners/EEs

  • Happy to support, can-do, confidentiality mindset

  • Open for new challenges

  • Simplification / Lean attitude with RPA basic concept knowledge ideally combined with experience of analyzing and improving operations processes

  • Coordination skills – being able to drive topics & projects within the team

  • Decisiveness, self-motivation and ability to work with limited supervision

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & work to deadlines

  • Proven ability to work professionally & proactively with a remote client base

  • Fluency in Polish and English languages

  • Seeing big picture – think along processes and understanding requirements for the team not just individually


  • Workday knowledge

  • HR Shared Service experience (out of GE)

  • Polish labor law knowledge

  • Experience of implementing/using Workday, process simplification & adjustment

  • Knowledge of SAP HR
