We are looking for an energetic person who is passionate about LEAN! We require some level of LEAN hands-on experience but most of all we are looking for 100% of engagement!

Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead and support engineering team in lean activities, such as:

  • Value stream mapping

  • Process improvement

  • Identifying and eliminating waste

  • Problem Solving

  • Introduction of visual management/Kanban

  • Team reflection/retrospection

  • Kaizen Events

  • Creation of standard work

  • Be a key member of LEAN team inside engineering organization

  • Provide training and leadership as needed, driving best practices in lean processes and implementation

  • Promote LEAN tools & methods in the team

  • Lead continuous improvement projects across whole section

  • Perform internal quality auditsWrite and review of internal procedures


  • Relevant experience in engineering, operations, project management, LEAN/KANBAN or administration position Bachelor or Master degree

  • Experience in using LEAN tools in office processes (value stream mapping, problem solving, 5Why’s, KANBAN, POKA-YOKE, etc.)

  • English fluent verbal and writing

  • Six sigma Green belt would be an advantage

  • Knowledge of Jira & Confluence software would be an advantage

  • Knowledge of Internal Trade Control would be an advantage

  • Target oriented

  • Excellent communication skills, excellent presentation skills

  • Proactive

  • Responsible, high attention to details

  • Passion to learn, not afraid of trying new approaches
