Job Description Summary
In this role you will be part of the Advanced Mechanical Design team in the Advanced Technologies Organization. You will take part in the latest GE product design through technology maturation programs. You will have the opportunity to work in projects on different engine modules and to design components for engine or testing. You will work in close cooperation with other global sites.

Roles and Responsibilities
Execution of design efforts related to technology maturation for new engine programs
Meeting the technical and program requirements and schedule.
Implementation of plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments.
Participation as a presenter in technical and program reviews: Internal Review, Design reviews, Test Reviews, Reg Flags.
Assuring proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks.
Required Qualifications
BSc/MSc in Engineering
Basic engine architecture knowledge
Good level of English
Desired Characteristics
Problem solving and interpersonal skills
Understanding of the design and analysis tools relevant to the function (e.g. Ansys, NX, Teamcenter)
Geometrics Dimensioning understanding
