General Electric Digital and Balance Sheet Analyst - CFM / LEAP in United States

Role Summary:

The Digital and Balance Sheet Analyst - CFM / LEAP will lead the CFM / LEAP Finance team's efforts to improve business and customer outcomes with better digital analytics, and partner cross-functionally and with GE Aviation's Digital League to deliver results. This role will also lead Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analytics and forecasting for the Product Line, helping to establish actions to ensure the accuracy of CFM / LEAP's reporting and to deliver better cash flow results.

Essential Responsibilities:

In addition, as the Digital and Balance Sheet Analyst - CFM / LEAP, Essential responsibilities include:

  • Enhance CFM / LEAP Finance's use of and output from both new and existing digital tools

  • Develop CFM / LEAP's Digital capabilities to deliver process excellence, improved analytics, and more successful operating rhythms

  • Liase with team members in the Digital League and CEO FP&A for collaborative projects and best practice sharing

  • Perform quarterly Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analytics, reporting, and forecasting

  • Work with both GE and Safran (CFM JV parents) to appropriately unwind CFM56's Balance Sheet as it nears the end of new engine production

  • Develop and implement cash flow improvement projects Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance)

  • Minimum of 3 years of finance experience Desired Characteristics:

  • FMP experience (internal only)

  • Digital proficiency

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle competing priorities

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to function effectively in a matrix environment

  • Ability to lead new initiatives and execute on solutions

  • Experience leading and participating in cross-functional teams

  • Ability to identify and summarize customer needs accurately
