General Electric Design for Reliability Leader F/M in Spain

Role Summary:

The Senior Engineer Fleet Support Leader will drive successful technical resolution of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions across the land constrained platform. In this role, you will develop a customer- and business-first mindset to drive prioritization of top issues and successful cross-functional leadership to drive lower cost of quality (COQ) across the land constrained fleet.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead resolution of RCA and corrective/preventive actions across land constrained platform

  • Drive lower COQ and 98% availability across land constrained fleet

  • Integrate across Product Service Engineering (PSE) and Top Issues (TI) teams to proactively identify emerging issues

  • Lead business case developments for prioritization across RCAs

  • Develop consolidated engineering & quality process + rhythms around fleet


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent knowledge or experience

  • Major experience

  • Significant wind experience

  • EU Work Permit
