Role Summary:

As the Product Leader you will be the product expert. You will be responsible for managing products mainly within the Monitoring portfolio as well as within the portfolio of other connected modalities. You will be ensuring their commercial success to deliver growth. As far as product is concerned, you oversee sales support and training with the aim of growing the business in the segment per local market trends, customer current and future needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Product Leader works in close co-operation with the European HQ Marketing Team, with Modality Leaders in regions and Global product management teams.

The role reports to the Nordic LCS Regional Executive Manager.

  • Drive segment to success, build-on the product benefits and values, key differentiators, create offense/defense messages versus competition.

  • Provide sales support with product knowledge/trainings, competitive analysis, local strategic deal support - Ensure a high-level product/segment knowledge in regions from Modality Leaders to Sales Rep including Clinical Apps.

  • Participate to the elaboration and the execution of the business strategy aligned with the EU Monitoring Solutions and the LCS marketing plans for Accessories.

  • Build commercial campaigns to animate the sales on competitive/GE IB.

  • Set product positioning strategy incl. pricing.

  • Analyze order/sales, win/loss, ASP trends & competitive insight – build action plan and deploy accordingly.

  • Coordinate actions with the EU marketing, service, pricing/finance, regional LCS Accessories leaders, global Product Managers to grow the franchise.

  • Voice the Nordic product feedback from customers/field to global team to ensure relevant short/long term product roadmap. Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience in Clinical Solutions Sales/Marketing/Product Management in the Healthcare Industry, ideally in patient monitoring.

  • Good communication and presentation skills enabling the candidate to work efficiently across different cultures.

  • Be autonomous, result oriented and ready to take responsibility for actions while being a good team player.

  • Fluent in Swedish and in English

  • Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization managing several stakeholders within a direct, indirect, cross functional organization.

  • Frequent travel required in the Nordic region

  • Good computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SFDC…) Locations: Sweden; Stockholm, Göteborg
