Role Summary:

Lead the Planning & Project Control team responsible for driving implementation of a formal planning and project control process that enable operation excellence through resource, scope optimization and cost awareness.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive Project Management Culture: PDCA

  • Develop implement and maintain operation activity forecast and detail planning process.

  • Implement a robust and accurate cost tracking process that enable operation excellence through cost awareness.

  • Partner with sub region team and function to lead implementation of optimize operation plan, support daily planning optimization and cost tracking.

  • Drive continuous improvement through a proper planning process and schedule technique (resource levelling).

  • Drive operation data quality, database and report improvement, planning tools integration.

  • Lead proactively the region target setting process and setting of duration/cost baseline.

  • Develop and implement financial KPIs to monitor and control cost and trend.

  • Implement the process to monitor cash, implement related KPIs and drive the initiative to reach the cash targets.

  • Lead best practice, lessons learned and Best in Class performance practice sharing.

  • Lead a team of professionals to, driving proper planning and project control, optimize and standardize execution across the region.

  • Partner with sourcing, operations, productivity and supporting function to drive operation cost elements reduction.

  • Lead IT programs for development of a project management platform & planning process.

  • Support the organization with PM knowledge and capacity to drive order conversion.

  • Champion a culture of operational excellence through a Fulfillment 5 focus (EHS / Quality / Cycle / Cost / Productivity). Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business school degree or Master’s degree or equivalent knowledge or experience

  • Significant experience in Planning & Project control or PM & Operation

  • Knowledge of Scheduling Software (Primavera or MS Project) and Earned Value Management technique

  • Solid leadership capabilities

  • Database and reporting tool experience.

  • Self-started able to drive sustainable results

  • Entrepreneurial/Change agent mindset

  • Ability to energize teams and view change as an opportunity

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process skills

  • English - Full professional proficiency.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and verbal & written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse and highly matrixes environments

  • Willing to travel
