Position : Sourcing- Procurement Specialist

Qualification ..Bachelor of Engineering (any discipline-preferably Mechanical,IP,E&C,EE). Diploma in MM or SCM will be advantage

Key Role Description

• Global Players with good language command and communications

• Sense of urgency with high say do and delivery focus

• Delivery on commitments and a go getter.

• Must work with Plan A & B to always have options in extreme situations

• Good situation leadership and decision making

• Able to work in TEAM’s and must be able to lead to make conclusive decision making

• Good analytical data management, Excel ,Work Power Point,SAP ,other ERP and management tools

• Proficient in Excel & advanced applications ,SAP, other softwares and business applications and must be an expert

Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years of working experience but is not limited to for the right candidate with less or more experience

Language ..Good command in English & other languages will be an advantage

Work Time : 9 to 6.30 on week days and on emergency on weekends. However considering the role profile should be available to take time stretches considering cross regions GLOBAL work load like Europe ,Brazil,Canada for late hrs or China for early hrs

• ISO awareness and knowledge

• Good knowledge on basic quality tools like RCA,Pareto,5why etc

• Able to understand lean concepts ,6 Sigma and other soft skills will be added advantage

Experience: in power industry and specific to Hydro business will be an added advantage

Others; Sports, extra curriculars and other soft skills are added advantage
