Job Description Summary
Reclaiming pre-owned GE systems a key focus area for the Global Services organization. ELS second-hand business is growing and has a challenging growth objective on refurbished equipment sales in 2021. To support the increasing need of used systems supply, we are hiring an Asset Recovery Leader who will help to grow GE Healthcare Systems returns in EMEA region by re-defining de-installation & reverse logistics processes whilst harmonizing and simplifying processes across internal customers.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities :
Define and drive smooth asset recovery process with regions, harmonize internal processes to achieve a simplified HCS return process
Define and improve packaging & transportation processes, drive standardization of transportation processes across the regions
Drive data analysis and business case development for key projects related to de-installation & reverse logistics optimization
Work cross-functionally with sourcing, operations, supply chain, finance & Global Logistics to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes
Lead change & initiatives that will enable logistics to reach a world-class level of operations & drive operational rigor.
Collaborate with the regional commercial teams and support on transactions that enable redeployment of the medical devices.
Qualifications/Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management
Solid experience in operations, project management, order management or supply chain / logistics / commercial in the Healthcare industry
Experience in project leadership & medical systems installation
Experience with transport & safe movement of medical products or related logistics
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
Experience in budget management & cost saving initiatives is an advantage
Experience working in a compliant supply chain
Fluency in English and Hungarian language
