Job Description Summary
As Digital Adoption Specialist in Iberia you will provide expertise to sustain customer success and grow customer relationship through education, data interpretation, insights generation and outcome achievement. You will pro-actively connect with customers to prescribe clinical & operational changes, based on customer activity data.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure digital apps are properly adopted by customers; training them on big data software collected from multi-vendor machine
Assist customers in their digital transformation journey by delivering data-driven recommendations. Then, support customers’ engagement in understanding the steps required to implement and sustain changes.
Work in collaboration with various GE resources, such as Clinical Education Specialists and Account Managers, to support customers in their digital project implementation
Ensure proof points generation and maintain close relationship with KOLs
Support external promotion with Marketing teams (success stories, white papers, webinars, scientific publications, congresses…)
Identify & qualify upsell opportunities within the customer installed base, and coordinate with Sales team and ensure high customer retention rate (Subscription renewals)
Qualifications
Master/Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, clinical or related discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience
Relevant experience of advisory and data analytics in a clinical context and are aware of technologies in this field and a customer-focused mindset
Excellent knowledge of healthcare processes and the industry
Your background in a Radiology-focused role (preferably on MR/CT scanners) helps you to understand our customers
Spanish (Native language) & English Fluent (both written and oral)
EU Work permit and flexible to travel

Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills and influencing skills
Flexible, well-organized and team player
Clinical skills, aware of big data and analytics technologies
Significant number of years of experience in either advisory services/consulting.
Demonstrated experience in driving change using Change Management tools and demonstrated experience in LEAN or Six Sigma tools.
