Warehouse and Logistic Operation Specialist will be in charge of the activities related to the day-by-day management of the warehouse of our Testing Center.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Warehouse process management and improvement
To ensure indirect material availability to maintain site capability
Material storage and allocation
SAP data management and recording (incoming and outgoing materials)
Material internal transportation to operative and testing buildings
Logistic management of delivery process to company and customer sites
Material periodic inventory to check needed material availability to ensure site proper operations
Data analysis
Qualifications/Requirements
Degree in logistics or related technical field; high school diploma with proven experience will also be considered.
SAP knowledge is required (warehouse inventory, incoming-outgoing documents, RdA, PO, delivery documents)
Basic warehouse data analysis knowledge required to perform periodic checks
Previous experience in the warehouse management and logistic process is required
English knowledge required
EU work permit required

Lean and SIx Sigma basic knowledge

Good communication skills
Ability to work proactively to solve problems and work independently
