Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Coordination of instrumentation activities in experimental testing
Concurrence on instrumentation design
Quotations and planning of instrumentation application activities
Selection of proper instrumentation, application methods and materials
Training of operators and overview of application execution
Check of instrumentation post application
Instrumentation reports
Best practices definition and sharing
Management of the instrumentation in stock and of procurement working with sourcing and suppliers
Repair procedures definition
Scout and develop new instrumentation and application processes according to the needs of the new Programs
Coordination of the Catalyst core 1 instrumentation execution
Monitoring and controlling of the scheduled activities
Change management
Problem solving with the team to meet the delivery targets
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor degree in Aeronautics or Mechanical or Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Fluent English and Italian
Proven experience in an engineering role
Familiarity with mechanical drawings
Solid background in instrumentation, measurement and acquisition systems
Familiarity with the Quality System
Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required
Project management skills to plan and monitor the activities in terms of schedule and costs
Desired Characteristics
Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven experience in leading cross functional and multicultural teams
PC proficiency
