Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company is looking for a Business Process Management Specialist in Houston, TX. The Business Process Management Specialist in the OFS Pressure Pumping Service Delivery team supports the Service Delivery strategy for the product line. This includes best practices for Operations Standards, Managing the Job Cycle (eMtJC), Field Incident Reporting Process (FIMP), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability Reviews, and Project Readiness Assessments (PRA’s). The Service Delivery Specialist assists tracking and reporting the main service deliver KPI’s: Non-Productive Time (NPT), Good Service (GS), Incident Failures (Low, Medium & High) and assist with the Competency Management Program (CMP). The Service Delivery Specialist establishes communication between Subject Matter Experts in Headquarters and global operations groups.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execute service delivery strategy for Pressure Pumping Product Company.

  • Communicate service delivery standards across the global Pressure Pumping teams, align global KPI’s for service delivery groups.

  • Implement and review eMtJC and aids in improving and standardizing business processes.

  • Track global reliability incidents and perform root cause analysis. Facilitate failure review boards, advise and track action items implementation.

  • Track NPT KPI’s by regions, analyze historical data to identify failure trends and advise solutions for NPT reduction and service improvement.

  • Track GS by regions. Advise on best practices.

  • Lead reliability reviews.

  • Identify and share reliability best practices.

  • Lead PRA’s for business critical projects.

  • Support communication between regions and locations driving quick and flawless exchange of best practices and alerts.

  • Support other projects as advised by the leadership.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality or Service Delivery).

  • 3+ additional years of experience in Business Process Management.

  • 4+ years in Pressure Pumping Product Line including 3 years in Production Enhancement.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.

  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.

  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.

  • Ability to travel from USA to other international BHGE locations (approximately 25%).

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proficient in IRIS, FRACAS or similar incident management system.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Word). Macro, VB, InfoPath and PowerPivot a plus.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint with understanding of workflow processes.

  • Familiarity with data reporting & visualization, graphical and other statistical modeling tools.

  • Familiarity with Manage the Job Cycle (Onshore and Offshore processes) and Baker Hughes Operating System (BHOS).

  • Familiarity with PRA process.

  • Familiarity with Production Enhancement laboratory processes.
