Activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Mechanical design of Turbine

  • To implement the technical engineering design of spare parts of Tur./Gen. include ITO/OTR of Local and SEA

  • Support hydraulic issue analysis and in front of Customer

  • Safety (EHS) in design: Implementation EHS policy & procedures of GE for design aspect

  • Quality in design (Component Reliability)

  • Present this work both internally and to customers

  • Other missions assigned by direct manager


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering ; Well knowledge on Hydraulic and mechanical

  • Strong experience in engineering, preferably with site or customer interaction

  • Robust knowledge in one or several Hydro products / components

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English

  • Ability to travel 2030 % of the time to provide technical support to customer meeting and at customer sites as required
