As a welder, you will perform designated line and TIG welding tasks, as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
Utilize precision measuring instruments to inspect and measure parts
Adherence to Operator Acceptance Procedures (OAP)
Assembly of details on parts utilizing various tools
Inspect finished product and identify defects
Utilize inspection gauging on parts and run first piece inspection of parts
Contribute to continuous improvement and support 6S initiatives
Ability to be flexible to support team's goals (duties, hours, and overtime)
Willingness to support team concept and learn/perform other duties as required
​Qualifications/Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of TIG welding experience
Ability to read, understand and utilize procedures, detailed computerized build plans, and basic mathematical calculations
Desired Qualifications
Understand how to identify and effectively use a variety of power and hand tools
Ability to perform precise and detailed work
Communicate effectively and professionally with others, both written and verbal within the team
Follow and promote safe work practices
