Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive Tendering operations processes, including management of R0, R1, R2, R3 reviews. Ensuring accuracy of data and process quality.

  • Partner with Commercial leaders in the region to ensure pipeline and opportunities correctly identified and tracked.

  • Drive OTR execution processes, including management of project gates, HPR0, PMR. Ensuring accuracy of data and process quality.

  • Partner with regional teams to drive OTR execution op mech, including Monthly review, OTD, Zero Tolerance for Delay, ensuring KPIs met and escalations managed effectively

  • Partner with Project Directors globally to support project milestones and tracking of opportunities.

  • Manage a team of ITO and OTR specialists to drive data efficiency, tracking and visibility on ITO and OTR processes to the business

  • Participate in the management of Tendering and Project communities to drive process improvement, excellence, standardization and best practice sharing

  • Drive a transformation process to improve ITO to OTR process quality, ensuring optimization of process

  • Support load analysis for ITO and OTR teams, in line with S&OP process

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Knowledge of ITO (inquire to order) and OTR (order to remittance ) process

  • Strong operational and analytical mindset

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment, in a global set up

  • Process optimization and transformation experience

  • Fluent in Engl
