Roles and Responsibilities
Develop influential relationship with senior leadership at the assigned EPC accounts
Manage the EPC account portfolio including active opportunities, projects with GE as well as EPC activities with other OEMs along with other critical info like future and past due payments, claims, and financial health
Maintain an operating rhythm with sales managers, project managers and consortium managers to identify challenges with EPC account.
Own and lead issue resolutions between GE and EPC account to reach a Win-Win solution
Obtain competitive intelligence and industry trends from EPC account perspective and provide input to Gas Power product management and marketing
Lead strategic alignment between GE and EPC account to position GE as the EPC preferred OEM and have the most competitive and reliable solution for the end user
Coordinate and conduct leadership sessions to develop the C-Suite relationship between the two companies and develop a better alignment at all levels of the EPC and GE critical needs.
Support marketing and product management effort to position GE products and influence competitiveness of EPCs
Support EPC development issues to align EPC and GE execution standards, especially with EHS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Engineering from an accredited university;
This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Global and Key Accounts with local Taiwanese EPC contractors;
Ability to work and collaborate with diverse functions in a highly matrix organization;
Good communication in English and Chinese languages
