You will ensure correct issuance of the baseline Master Time Schedules (MTS) at Project Start-up, and to provide all status updates, forecasting, progress measurement, reporting, and analysis through Project Execution.

Roles and Responsibilities
Works closely with the Tender Planner to understand all tender assumptions in developing the Master Time Schedules, including any commercial and contractual requirements necessary for claims, payments, subcontracts, orders, etc.
Develops the MTS as the integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project control schedule, based on contract scope requirements, in co-operation with all involved scope owner parties, to establish optimal work sequences
Ensures that the contractual and key internal milestones are appropriately shown in the MTS, including payment and revenue milestones, client interfaces, design freeze, document turnover (DTO), civil turnover to erection (CTO), material handover (MHO) and system turnover packages (TOP)
Obtains the internal and external participants commitment on a common Target Schedule and secures the MTS frozen Acceptance Certificate signed by all relevant participants
Updates the MTS and prepares all Project Planning Reporting on a monthly/weekly basis, highlighting critical areas to the Project Director and Project Team. Prepares the Project Reviews and other input for Senior Management, the Project Management Office, and QEHS
Develops, updates, and delivers the Client Schedule and Client Monthly Report
Participates in Client meetings on planning, scheduling, and progress matters
Proactively manages internal and external project activities by closely monitoring the critical paths and the project float
Regularly reviews and monitors project progress by checking the Plant- PDM, supplier monitoring reports, transport arrival on site, site progress for civil, erection and commissioning, and the participant’s progress.
Ensures quality of the schedule for coding in line with Business and Sector procedures.
Provides the monthly forecast and achievement of all Payment milestones.
Establishes and conducts progress monitoring meetings with all project participants.
Coordinates the Project Consortium Planning Team, Site Scheduler, and Construction and Thermal Products Planners.
Required Qualifications
Certified Engineer or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ;
Minimum 7 years hands-on experience with Primavera Project Planner and similar software;
Planning experience of at least 1 fully executed projects including significant site presence;
Bilingual in both English and Chinese language.
