Job Description Summary
Lead and manage the site organization and scope of site activities in order to achieve successful completion of the site works as per contractual requirements within budget, on time, in scope and maintaining required levels of quality and EHS for the fulfilment of the Customers and GE expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Managerial (Budget/Administration/People)
Developing a site safety culture throughout the site execution;
Drive GE site team, subcontractors and Partner to achieve all major milestones within the site schedule;
To be a focal point contact for Project Manager, Customers, Partner, Subcontractor and Local Authorities;
Closeout of all site subcontracts with fair and proper allocation of costs, minimizing impact to GE;
Maintaining an intensive customer relationship and high level of customer satisfaction.
Operational
Mobilize the site and set up of site infrastructure;
Establish site regulation/rules and ensure compliance with local laws and regulation;
Execute site cost control program, EHS Policy and site EHS Plan;
Strategically set up and execute the Site QAQC plan. Support Site Quality Representative in establishing the Quality Management at Site;
Manage contractual scope of activities and supplies and avoid unnecessary scope creep;
Manage the site schedule, progress of works and cost/resource drawdown;
Conduct daily and weekly meetings with GE Staff and Subcontractors
Support resolution of quality issue jeopardizing site execution success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent qualifications;
Minimum 10 year’s working experience as Site Manager in Power Plant Construction, preferably project in Taiwan;
Experience working and dealing with Taiwan Power Company is advantageous;
Past experience as Site Manager in GE projects;
Ability to communicate clearly in both English and Chinese languages and work with highly matrix organization;
Ability to base at Miaoli County, Taiwan project site.
