Job Description Summary

In this role, you will provide formal clinical application trainings (onsite and remotely) for Xray and Women’s Health (WHXR) customers and internal teams. He/she shall work closely with the commercial and product organizations to clinically support GEHC customers in pre and post sales activities, including but not limited to systems applications support, KOL management, troubleshooting and continuous go-live support. You may work individually at an account and as part of a One GE Healthcare team to drive more proactive customer engagement as part of the pre and post-sales process and better coordinate and manage the experience for our customers throughout the life cycle of their GE products.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive customer delight throughout the entire education process and produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and actively participate in the development of customer training tools

  • Proactively manage and provide communications with customers to ensure problem resolution and follow up, to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction

  • Facilitate customer service delivery issues and support root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving

  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.

  • Maintain luminary sites, including the site used for potential customer visit, and the site that possesses significant marketing influence.

  • Help team members communicate all relevant customer information including: product, customer issues and opportunities to Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Response Team and Technical Support

  • Assist Project Management and the Service Organization teams to streamline training events at the various customer installation sites.

  • Supporting the Regional product business Sales and Channel Partner and Applications groups with clinical expertise on applications and assisting in employee training for new products and applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or higher degree in the field Direct training on various Clinical Applications with radiography background three-years recent, consecutive experience

  • Excellent knowledge of physics, theory and equipment

  • Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms

  • Recent clinical experience with current GE Equipment and applications.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional role with excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively

  • Ability to communicate effectively using local language
