Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Review APQP requirements against the current quality system to find gap and, lead to make and monitor the correcrive actions to close the gap in system.
Deliver training for implementing APQP in NPI projects and MOC projects.
Involve QA team and other functions to generate SOW and standard work for APQP in NPI and MOC.
Drive discussions needed for APQP projects and monitor the progress of the projects.
Share best practice and lessons leaned with all functions involved.
Get the site's quality system upgraded to incorporate the AS13100, mainly APQP requirements by end of 2022.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production Quality. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Desired Characteristics:
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Have APQP experience in automobile industry.
