SQE for machining commodity parts

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

· Be able to analysis the drawing, process of machining manufacturing.

· Very familiar with machining process and have the ability to optimize the supplier procedures

· Supplier development: Plan and execute supplier development projects in accordance with the units and PL requirements in order to provide the needed supply capacity and quality through competent and high performance world-class supplier

· Supplier performance improvement: Analyze the supplier indicators to ensure the efficiency of improvement actions

· Coordinate with Sourcing, R&D and Logistic, on the information flow sharing about the supplier data in regards to performance, audit, sample homologation plan, NC handling

· External relations: create, develop and maintain business relations and effective communication with European units, in order to benefit from their support

Qualifications Required:

· Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering

· 5+ years experience in mechanical; the machining is preferred (Production or Quality)

· 3+ years experience as SQE

· Part homologation lead time

· % of GNC closed
