Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods
Manage Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans
Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy
Work with suppliers to manage transportation and logistics of goods
Make decisions within a defined framework to resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
Work with team members to solve matters outside defined instructions/parameters
Maybe required to lead junior team members
Develop strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE
Guide other stakeholders around the logistics framework
Work with other teams to manage and coordinate Logistics
Required Qualifications:
This role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience
