Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist Facility & EHS Manager & SHO in EHS related functions

  • Assist with EHS safety audits in GEESM & advise staff of any safety infringement detected during audits.

  • Compliance Calendar & Action Tracking System – Monitor & Keep Track for closure.

  • Assist in Industrial Hygiene Quantitative & Qualitative Assessment – CEM & CHRA & LEV Assessment & Noise Monitoring & Audiometric Testing

  • Maintain safety equipment store and ensure adequate supply of safety equipment is available.

  • Assist in preparing and delivering EHS training.

  • First Aid, AED, Medical Equipment – Monitor & Keep track on supplies & Equipment.

  • Own or actively participate in one or more Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Framework Element.

  • Conduct inspection at the workplace and investigation to any occupational or work-related accidents including the provision of such report.

  • Managing and collect periodic update of Environmental Inspection/Maintenance Documentation – WWTP, Scrubber, Bag Filter, Schedule Waste & Stacking Monitoring.

  • To act as a Document Controller, manage and oversee EHS documents. Ensure proper documents are compiled and stored (hardcopy & electronic) and backed up and any retention requirement are followed. Responds in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support- Examine credentials, licenses, or permits .

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment / Safety Management or equivalent.

  • At least 3 year experience in related field preferably in manufacturing industries.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).

  • Certificate in TTT /SHO will be added advantages.
